เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์ Covid-19 ทำให้บริษัทฯ มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องให้พนักงานทั้งหมดทำงานจากที่บ้านซึ่งส่งผลทำให้ระบบ Call Center ทำงานได้อย่างไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพและอาจจะมีปัญหา สายหลุด หรือ คู่สายเต็ม เป็นต้น เนื่องด้วยขีดจำกัดของระบบ Voice Network
